Scripting. Assign profile equivalent?

Hi,

I'm using Applescript, but a JS answer will do okay. There is no way to set "Assign Profile" to "Do Not Color Manage" in a Photoshop script. Is settting color profile kind to none the same thing? If not what do you set color profile name to if you don't want color management?
