Are you sure you're opening the 64bit version of PS when you run this and not the 32bit? In your original post you stated you want an action log. That's is misleading, as actions are different than scripts. The scriptListener will produce a log of code that can be used to create scripts based on what you did in PS and not just a log of what steps were taken to produce an action. I'm assuming you want the generated code to create a script. Other than running the wrong version of PS, I can only think that you may have a faulty install of PS. Maybe other will know more.
